The apartment is on the second (top) floor of a new block situated on the edge of the small village of Chirles in the mountains West of Benidorm which is 20min away by car. It is South-facing with lovely country and mountain views plus a distant sea-view. The village has a distinctly Spanish flavour and three good restaurants and a small super-market. Parking for 2 cars is available in the basement car-park. There is no lift. The area is ideal for people who want relaxation, peace and quiet.

The apartment is in the small village of Chirles (Xirles) about 1.5 km from Polop off the road to Guadalest.

There are views of the Bernia and Monte Ponoch mountains and a distant view of the sea. The area is very rural and away from the bustle of Benidorm though it is accessible in 20 minutes. The hill-top towns of Polop and La Nucia have a distinctly Spanish flavour with regular fiestas and weekly markets.
